Commissions

I am currently accepting commissions in various different mediums. I am willing to take on a variety of different subjects.

The finished piece will be painted in oils or drawn in charcoal using techniques learned from studying the Old Masters at the Florence Academy of Art. See what I did HERE.

I offer two different styles:

  • A classical style - oil on canvas/charcoal on paper which gives a traditional style.

  • A contemporary style - oil on plexiglass with a mixed media collaged background and frame. The collaged background can also be personalised with pictures and text you send me.

If you are interested in commissioning a painting or drawing please send an inquiry below and I will get back to you as soon as possible with more info and a quote.

Prices vary a lot based on complexity, number of subjects, size and medium, but here is a general estimate:

Graphite Sketch: £45-£150

Charcoal drawing: £150-£550

Oil Painting: £350-£1,500

Thank you for your interest

Some feedback from previous commissions:

"I am overwhelmed and cannot out into words just how happy I am with this unique one-off piece, and I am sure my brother will be too."

Andy Murray

"His work is absolutely outstanding. Our portraits are so accurate and both thoughtfully and attractively decorated with his modern and edgy background style. We would 100% recommend him. Well worth every penny! We are intending to commission him again in the future to paint our three children."

Claudia House

“Micah successfully captured our son’s personalities in his portraits for us. He was a pleasure to work with and we treasure the pictures. We would not hesitate to recommend him."

Tim Gardner

"I am happy to have received the painting , which is a very flattering... He has caught the eyes and the regard very well. He has a  strong sense of style , his own, and powerful technique which is remarkable for someone his age."

Baroness Fiona Thyssen

"I was so nervous commissioning a portrait - but Micah created a stunning piece of work, unmistakable likeness and captured the personality too."
